About Me
Currently, I teach trumpet at Dulwich College School. My previous roles include teaching at Kings College School, Wimbledon and the London Youth Conservatoire, where I worked with students aged 6-18.

My passion for teaching developed during my time at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where I delivered workshops and participated in interactive concerts at schools lacking music education and funding. This experience ignited my desire to share the joy of music with others.

I’ve had the privilege of studying under some of the best pedagogues for trumpet graduating from the Guildhall School of Music with BMus First Class Honours and MMus Distinction from the Hochschule für Musik, Hannover. I’m committed to sharing the knowledge I’ve gained in a fun and engaging manner, catering to students of all ages and abilities.

Lessons
In our lessons, you can expect a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, I’m here to help you grow as a musician. We’ll work on fundamental techniques, breath control, tone production, and varied music depending on your goals. Each session is designed to be fun and informative, ensuring you leave feeling motivated and excited about your progress!

Professional Experience

In addition to my teaching, I have a diverse performance background, playing with orchestras such as the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, London Symphony Orchestra and Philharmonia Orchestra. I have also recorded for television, working on productions such as X Factor and Peaky Blinders. Earlier this year, I released my solo CD, Nexus, which received critical acclaim from Gramophone and the British Music Society. These experiences enrich my teaching with real-world insights, helping you see the possibilities of what you can achieve!

Location

I teach from my comfortable home music studio, fully equipped with all the necessary materials and resources for our lessons. I am also happy to offer online lessons over zoom for students that are unable to make in person lessons.
